Nextcloud, Office, backup, monitoring, mail and a password manager on a server just for you, set up and looked after.

After the setup, the cloud is yours. I pass the server on at cost (usually 4 to 15 €/month), or you rent it in your own name.

Inventory, a real restore test, monitoring set up, and three prioritised recommendations.

A backup that has never been restored does not count when it matters. The test shows beforehand whether it holds.

If NIS2 applies to you, you can be audited. The pre-assessment shows beforehand where you need to improve.

Training on data protection, the AI Act or occupational safety, directly in your Nextcloud with the open-source app learning-nc. This includes set-up, groups, templates for the works agreement (Betriebsvereinbarung) and data protection, and a briefing for your admins. The training app is freely available in the Nextcloud App Store.

Anyone who completes the training receives a signed certificate that outsiders can verify themselves. No second system, no third-party cloud.

I check what anyone can see from the outside: your website (encryption, outdated software, legal notice (Impressum), privacy policy, accessibility, findability) and your channels in social media and the press. Result: a report with traffic-light rating and priorities. On request, also which AI tools save your public relations work time on a small budget.

The check needs no access to your systems and no on-site appointment. Afterwards you can see in black and white where things are stuck and what comes first.

Walk-through 360° panoramas of a building, construction site or grounds. They run in the browser and sit on your server or mine instead of on a platform.

The panorama records a state that cannot be captured later: before the conversion, before the pruning, right after completion.

I build a lean site and set up the domain and the hosting. Static, so fast and with little attack surface. On request I then take over the running of it: hosting, monitoring, backups and updates.

Domain, code and accounts are in your name. The service can be cancelled monthly, and you can take over yourselves or move to someone else at any time.

When a project is coming up and nobody in-house has an overview of the technology: choosing a provider or software, checking quotes from other service providers, planning a move of mail, files or telephony, coordinating everyone involved. I sit on your side of the table and can talk to the technicians in their own language.

You are not sold technology but given an assessment: what you need, what you can leave out, and which quote fits.
